Israel’s Ambassador Reuven Azar Visits Ayodhya’s Ram Temple
On October 16, Israel’s Ambassador to India, Reuven Azar, visited the grand Ram Temple in Ayodhya with his wife. He expressed being deeply moved by the devotion of the pilgrims and worshippers. Ambassador Azar highlighted the importance of connecting with people and exploring India’s rich culture.
He stated, “I am honored to visit the magnificent temple in Ayodhya of Lord Ram. I am amazed by the number of pilgrims and worshippers who visit here.” He emphasized the shared ancient heritage between the people of Israel and India, noting that devotion provides strength.
Ambassador Azar also mentioned the significance of location, as it holds historical importance and commemorates values over time. His visit aimed to understand the Indian culture more deeply.
Prior to this visit, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath had a “fruitful and meaningful discussion” with Ambassador Azar in Lucknow. They discussed exploring new avenues of cooperation to benefit the people of Uttar Pradesh, further strengthening the bond between UP and Israel.
