Tel Aviv, Israel – On Thursday, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu visited the ISA (Israel Security Agency) Special Operations Unit. He was accompanied by his Military Secretary, Maj-Gen Roman Gofman, ISA Director Ronen Bar, the ISA Deputy Director, and the Head of the ISA Operations Branch.

During the visit, Netanyahu was briefed on the sequence of actions initiated by the ISA Operations Unit. This included operations to rescue hostages Ori Megidish, Louis Har, and Fernando Marman, as well as Operation Arnon, which successfully rescued Andrey Kozlov, Shlomi Ziv, Almog Meir Jan, and Noa Argamani.

Netanyahu was also informed about the operations to recover the bodies of deceased hostages from the Gaza Strip and the intensive ISA activities in various sectors, including significant operations in Judea and Samaria.

He met with ISA Operations Unit fighters who participated in the most recent rescue operation. Netanyahu praised their bravery, stating, “I am here with daring fighters, who come from all sectors of Israeli society and who make the impossible possible. You took part in many daring operations, which made the State of Israel proud, rescued hostages, and gave us security, so we can complete our missions.”

He added, “We will not leave the Gaza Strip until we return all of our hostages – living and deceased. We will carry out this mission and many others about which we should keep silent at the moment, with your help.”
