Israel Launches Missile Attacks on Beirut Amid Tensions with Hezbollah
On October 21, Israel initiated a new series of missile attacks on the southern region of Beirut. This action followed warnings from the Israel Defense Force (IDF) to a group accused of funding Hezbollah. Earlier, Israel had targeted Beit Lahiya in northern Gaza, resulting in 73 reported deaths, though the IDF questioned the accuracy of this figure.
The situation in northern Gaza remains critical due to a prolonged Israeli military siege, cutting off essential services like food, water, and medicine.
