Tehran, Iran – On October 27, Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei addressed the recent Israeli strikes on Iranian military sites. He stated that these attacks should not be exaggerated or underestimated, emphasizing the strength and determination of the Iranian people and its youth.

The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) had announced precise strikes on Iranian targets following Iran’s launch of around 200 ballistic missiles towards Israel. Khamenei, in a translated post, highlighted the need for Israel to recognize Iran’s resilience.

Iran’s Foreign Ministry condemned the Israeli strikes as acts of aggression and violations of international law. They stressed Iran’s right to self-defense under Article 51 of the United Nations Charter and called for regional peace and stability.

The ministry also pointed to ongoing conflicts involving Israel, including the war in Gaza and tensions with Lebanon, as sources of regional instability. They urged the global community to act against Israel’s actions in Gaza and Lebanon.
