IndiGo Apologizes for Delayed Flights from Ranchi to Delhi and Mumbai to Doha
IndiGo Airlines issued an apology after passengers on a flight from Ranchi to Delhi were held up for two hours inside the aircraft due to a technical issue. Flight 6E 5024, originally set to depart at 8:40 PM, was delayed for around three hours and eventually canceled. Passengers were provided with refreshments, refunds, and alternate flight options.
Additionally, IndiGo flight 6E 1303 from Mumbai to Doha was also canceled due to technical reasons. The airline provided affected customers with assistance, refreshments, and hotel accommodations. IndiGo sincerely apologized for the inconvenience caused to its customers.
