New Delhi [India], July 19: Indian National Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge expressed his condolences on the passing of Nguyen Phu Trong, the general secretary of Vietnam’s ruling Communist Party, on Friday.

Kharge stated, “On behalf of the Indian National Congress, I offer my deepest condolences on the passing of the General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam, HE Nguyen Phu Trong. Our profound respects to the departed leader.”
