Rohit Sharma, head coach Rahul Dravid, and batter Suryakumar Yadav held hands and raised them towards the sky, symbolizing the team’s triumph. The team later reached Wankhede Stadium for a felicitation ceremony.

Earlier, the team landed in Mumbai to a heroic welcome. Fans gathered at Marine Drive to celebrate the team’s grit and determination that led to their World Cup victory in the West Indies.
