Indian Army Stops Terrorists at Line of Control in Kupwara

The Indian Army successfully stopped three terrorists from crossing the Line of Control (LoC) in Kupwara, Jammu and Kashmir. The operation, named OP DHANUSH II, took place in the Keran Sector and is still ongoing. Several weapons and other war-like items were recovered.

Recently, Jammu and Kashmir have seen a rise in terror attacks. During the ongoing Amarnath Yatra in South Kashmir, terrorists attacked a bus carrying pilgrims, resulting in nine deaths. Additionally, five soldiers were killed and eight injured in an ambush in Kathua, and six terrorists were neutralized in Kulgam.
