Head coach Amol Muzumdar emphasized the team’s focus on their strengths and areas for improvement. Muzumdar acknowledged the disappointment of not qualifying for the Women’s T20 World Cup knockout stages in the UAE. India finished third in Group A, with two wins and two losses, missing out on the knockouts after a 58-run loss to New Zealand and a narrow defeat to Australia. Despite this, Muzumdar encouraged the team to focus on the positives from the past 10 months.
