Imran Khan Refuses to Meet Fawad Chaudhry in Jail

Imran Khan, the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), has declined to meet former PTI leader and federal minister Fawad Chaudhry in jail. This information was shared by PTI spokesperson Raoof Hassan during an ARY News program called ‘Off The Record’.

Hassan mentioned that Fawad Chaudhry wanted to meet Imran Khan, but Khan refused. He emphasized that the party is not afraid of Chaudhry’s return but stressed the importance of the agenda. Hassan also noted that PTI members understand the reasons behind the dismissals of Ali Zaidi, Imran Ismail, and Fawad Chaudhry from the party.

Hassan stated, “We are not afraid of anyone’s return, but the agenda is important. Currently, Fawad Chaudhry has no place in the party. Imran Khan will decide on the return of those who left the party after his release.”

He also criticized the Shehbaz Sharif-led government, calling them ‘mandate thieves’ and said that PTI will not engage in talks with them.

Fawad Chaudhry, in an interview with ARY News, claimed that a small group of people took control of PTI and promoted newcomers like Raoof Hassan to top positions. He asserted that he remains a part of PTI and was forced to join the Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP) against his will.
