Imran Khan Calls for Open Trial of Former ISI Chief Faiz Hameed
Imran Khan, the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), has called for an open trial of former ISI chief Lieutenant General (retd) Faiz Hameed. Tarar accused Khan of making inconsistent statements about Hameed and suggested that Khan was suffering from anxiety and uncertainty. He also claimed that Khan’s relationship with Hameed ended upon the latter’s retirement, refuting rumors of ongoing contact.
During an informal conversation with reporters, Khan emphasized that General Faiz became insignificant after retirement and questioned how Hameed could benefit him in any way.
