ICC Announces Schedule for U19 Women’s T20 World Cup 2025 in Malaysia

The International Cricket Council (ICC) has revealed the match schedule for the ICC U19 Women’s T20 World Cup 2025, set to take place in Malaysia. Sixteen teams from around the globe will compete in this 41-match event from January 18 to February 2, 2025. The tournament will also feature 16 warm-up matches from January 13 to 16.

The teams are divided into four groups:

  • Australia vs. Scotland and Bangladesh vs. Asia’s Qualifier in Group D at UKM YSD Oval, Selangor

India’s Matches

Reigning champions India will play their first match against West Indies on January 19, following Malaysia’s game against Sri Lanka at Bayuemas Oval.

Tournament Format

Teams will advance from the Group stages to the Super Six stage starting on January 25. The top teams will then compete in the semi-finals and the final. If India reaches the semi-finals, they will play on January 31.
