The 13th leg of the Women’s Pro Golf Tour is set to begin at the Golden Greens Golf Club in Gurugram, Haryana. Hitaashee Bakshi, who narrowly lost in a playoff last week, is eager to make a comeback. She will face tough competition from Vidhatri Urs, a three-time winner this season, who is also aiming for another title.

Other top contenders include Gaurika Bishnoi, Ridhima Dilawari, Amandeep Drall, Neha Tripathi, Sneha Singh, Shweta Mansingh, and Seher Atwal. The event will feature 41 players, including five amateurs. This tournament is crucial as it precedes the Women’s Indian Open, the only Ladies European Tour event in the region.

The competition for the Order of Merit honors is heating up between Hitaashee Bakshi, the current leader, and Sneha Singh, the 2023 winner. Amandeep Drall is also in the running, hoping to regain her form from last year’s runner-up finish at the HWIO. Hitaashee and Sneha have each won twice this season, while Amandeep has one win. Vidhatri leads with three wins in the 12 legs held so far.

Among the amateurs, Anvvi Dahhiya, who finished fourth in the 12th leg, is one to watch. Other amateurs include Nandita Kumar, Janneya Dasanniee, Alysha Dutt, and Prarthana Khanna.
