Haryana BJP Wins Again: Mohan Lal Badoli Blames Bhupinder Singh Hooda for Congress Loss

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has achieved a significant victory in Haryana, securing its third consecutive government by winning 48 out of 90 seats in the assembly elections. Mohan Lal Badoli, the BJP’s State President, attributed the Congress party’s defeat to Bhupinder Singh Hooda, a prominent Congress leader. Badoli stated that Hooda was responsible for the Congress’s poor performance, suggesting that Congress candidates would agree with this assessment.

While the BJP celebrates its win, the Congress party, which secured 37 seats, has raised concerns about the election process. Bhupinder Singh Hooda, along with other Congress leaders, met with the Election Commission of India to discuss alleged discrepancies in the election results. They reported issues with electronic voting machines (EVMs) and requested an investigation into these complaints.

In the meantime, three independent MLAs, Devender Kadyan, Rajesh Joon, and Savitri Jindal, have pledged their support to the BJP, increasing the party’s total to 51 MLAs in Haryana. The decision on whether Nayab Singh Saini will continue as Chief Minister is yet to be made by the BJP’s national leadership.
