ACP DLF Gurugram Vikas Kaushik stated that legal action has been initiated, and a case has been registered. The police have taken the blood sample of the 25-year-old accused driver to check for alcohol traces. The accused admitted to driving on the wrong side to save time. Gurugram Police have been strict about traffic rules, issuing over 16,000 challans for wrong-side driving in the last month.

Family’s Concerns and Police Response

The biker’s mother demanded justice and accused the police of not helping them. ACP Kaushik dismissed these claims, assuring that no special treatment has been given to anyone and that the investigation follows standard procedures. He invited the family to meet with the police to review the investigation details.
