Government Resolves Over 69,000 Public Grievances in June 2024
The central government of India has successfully resolved 69,166 public grievances in the first 15 days of June 2024, according to the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions.
Grievance Statistics
The Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) reported receiving a total of 1,35,642 grievances. Out of these, 69,074 grievances were resolved, while 66,568 remain pending.

Success Stories
To raise public awareness, DARPG shared five success stories of citizens who used the CPGRAMS portal:
- Rakesh Garg: Received a refund of Rs. 3,65,365 after resolving an interest computation issue.
- Vidyadhar Singh: Credited Rs. 30,806 in arrears under One Rank One Pension-II.
- SPR Shoav Ahmed: Received Rs. 1,03,412 in arrears within 8 days.
- Lovejit Singh: Refunded Rs. 27,411 after incorrect deductions from his disability pension.
- Om Prakash Sharma: Secured refunds of Rs. 31,710 for AY 2023-24 and Rs. 40,779 for AY 2012-13.
