Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant Joins Tiranga Yatra in Sanquelim

Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant took part in a Tiranga Yatra organized by the BJP Youth Front in his constituency of Sanquelim. Speaking about the event, he said, “In Goa, the BJP is organizing Har Ghar Tiranga and Tiranga Yatra in every constituency. Today, in my constituency, the Youth Front organized a Tiranga Yatra. I participated in this Tiranga Yatra.”

He emphasized the principle of ‘Nation First’ and urged everyone to work towards Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of a developed India by 2047. “Nation First, on this principle, we should all work for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of a developed India by 2047 and today, with a lot of enthusiasm, a lot of youth have participated in the rally,” he added.

Chief Minister Sawant congratulated the youths who participated and mentioned that every constituency in Goa will host a Tiranga rally, and every house will display a Tiranga.

Earlier, on August 8, Union Minister of Culture and Tourism Gajendra Singh Shekhawat announced the third edition of the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign, which will be celebrated from August 9-15 as part of the Independence Day celebrations. The initiative aims to instill a spirit of patriotism and national pride among citizens by encouraging every Indian to hoist the national flag.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi also urged citizens to make the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign a mass movement by hoisting the national flag at their homes. He changed his profile picture on social media to the Tricolour and encouraged everyone to do the same.
