Global Harmony Initiative Launches at Riyadh Season in Saudi Arabia
The Ministry of Media has introduced the ‘Global Harmony’ initiative as part of the “Quality of Life” Program, aiming to achieve Vision 2030 goals. This initiative coincides with the Riyadh Season, a major winter entertainment event in Saudi Arabia’s capital, which began on October 13 and will end on October 21.
The initiative seeks to highlight the diverse lives of Saudi residents, showcasing their professional and family life, social and recreational activities, economic contributions, success stories, and cultural integration. It also aims to emphasize efforts by the government and private sector to enhance the quality of life in Saudi cities.
In collaboration with the General Entertainment Authority, the Ministry of Media will organize events featuring cultural, artistic, and folkloric activities. These events will represent the cultures of nine countries: India, the Philippines, Indonesia, Pakistan, Yemen, Sudan, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Bangladesh, and Egypt, over a span of 45 days. Activities will include concerts, cultural and family events, traditional foods, and handicraft exhibitions.
