In Panchkula, Haryana, the counting of votes for the Haryana Assembly General elections 2024 is set to begin at 8 a.m. on Tuesday. Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate Gian Chand Gupta expressed his confidence in the BJP’s victory, stating that the party would win in the state for the third time. Gupta mentioned the blessings of Mata Mansa Devi and was optimistic about winning the Panchkula seat. He noted that despite adverse exit polls in Chhattisgarh, the BJP had formed the government, and he expected similar results in Haryana.

Gupta was confident of winning his seat with a significant margin, stating, “The government will be formed with full majority. I am confident I will win my seat 110 per cent with a good margin.” He also commented on the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), suggesting that their participation was merely symbolic and doubted their chances of winning any seats.

Meanwhile, Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, contesting from the Ladwa assembly of Kurukshetra, visited the Saini Samaj Dharamshala to interact with party workers and supporters. Saini highlighted the BJP’s development work in Haryana over the past ten years and criticized the Congress for corruption. He expressed confidence in the BJP forming the government for the third time.
