Geeta Koda Promises to Tackle Unemployment in Jharkhand’s Jagannathpur

Geeta Koda, the BJP candidate for the Jagannathpur Assembly seat in Jharkhand, has pledged to address the pressing issue of unemployment in the region as part of her campaign for the upcoming assembly elections. She criticized the state government for its lack of action on this matter, stating that many people are leaving the area due to joblessness. Koda emphasized that development is only possible if people remain in the region.

In her conversation, Koda assured that she would work on resolving issues related to water, electricity, and other basic amenities. She highlighted the presence of educational institutions like a polytechnic, an ITI, and a degree college in the area, aiming to provide quality education to the local population.

Koda expressed gratitude to the BJP’s national leadership, including National President JP Nadda, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, and election in-charge Shivraj Singh Chouhan, for their support despite her previous electoral defeat. She had switched from Congress to BJP before the last assembly elections, where she lost to JMM’s Joba Majhi by over 160,000 votes.

The Jharkhand assembly elections are scheduled for November 13 and 20, with vote counting on November 23.
