The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) in Dubai has introduced the 7th edition of its Creative Care Diploma for 2024. This program is aimed at 45 employees who have successfully passed the creative personality analysis test.

Collaboration and Structure

In collaboration with Abu Dhabi Police and university students, the program is structured in three phases: qualification, establishment, and projects. It is designed to enhance skills and prepare participants to lead innovative initiatives.

Commitment to Innovation

Brigadier General Hussein Ibrahim, Assistant Director General of the Institutional Support Sector, highlighted the course’s role in promoting a culture of innovation and creativity within the workforce. The diploma aims to equip participants with tools to develop solutions that support sustainable development and enhance the UAE’s reputation in innovation.

Expanded Participation

This year’s program includes federal institutions, broadening the scope for achievements and projects that encourage innovation nationwide. Brigadier Sulaiman mentioned that the program includes theoretical and practical training in areas like future foresight, creative thinking, strategic planning, and emotional intelligence.

Guidance and Goals

Specialized experts and academics will guide participants through the month-long course. The final phase, ending in December, focuses on transforming ideas into innovative models through research and development. The goal is to create a positive, creative team capable of launching future projects.
