A fire broke out on a Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) electric bus near Dhaula Kuan in New Delhi. The incident occurred on Sunday around 5:15 pm as the bus was traveling on Ring Road. According to the Delhi Police, the bus conductor reported that there were approximately 10-15 passengers on board at the time.

As smoke began to fill the bus from the rear, the driver quickly used a fire extinguisher to put out the small fire. Unfortunately, two passengers sustained injuries, but the rest were safely evacuated.

Officials from the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) and the police are currently investigating the scene to determine the cause of the fire. Further details are awaited as the investigation continues.
