Anshuman Magazine emphasized the need for skilled people and making graduates job-ready. The ministry asked for suggestions on providing incentives for skill improvement.

Suchitra Dutta suggested reducing the GST rate for employment services to 5% and expanding social security for domestic workers. She also called for greater inclusion of women in the workforce.

Sarvesh Agrawal proposed setting up foreign language schools to leverage global opportunities in countries like Japan and Germany.
