In Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, National Conference (NC) President Farooq Abdullah expressed gratitude to the people for supporting the NC-Congress alliance. This election marks the first in Jammu and Kashmir since the abrogation of Article 370 in August 2019 and the state’s division into two Union Territories.
