Enforcement Directorate Raids in Delhi and Mumbai
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) conducted search operations in Delhi, the National Capital Region (NCR), and Mumbai. These searches were linked to a case involving the seizure of a large consignment of narcotic and psychotropic substances by the Special Cell of Delhi Police.
Seizure Details
The seized substances included 562 kg of Cocaine and 40 kg of Hydroponic Marijuana, totaling over 602 kg. The investigation began following a First Information Report filed by the Delhi Police on October 2 against four individuals: Tushar Goel, Himanshu Kumar, Aurangzeb Siddiqui, and Bharat Kumar.
Key Accused and Operations
Tushar Goel, also known as Dikki, was identified as the main accused. He allegedly stored the narcotics at a family-owned warehouse in Mahipalpur. Tushar had traveled to Dubai and Thailand in June to plan the distribution of these drugs with his associates. He was reportedly in contact with a Dubai-based mastermind linked to previous drug supplies.
Search Locations
Searches were conducted at Tushar Goel’s residences in Vasant Enclave and Rajouri Garden, and at the homes of his associates Himanshu Kumar and Bharat Kumar in Prem Nagar and Nalasolpara, Mumbai. Business premises of companies owned by Tushar and his family, such as Tushar Books Publication Private Limited, Tulip Publications Private Limited, and ABN Buildtech Private Limited, were also searched.

The searches led to the recovery of crucial financial documents detailing the financial activities and properties of the accused and their families.
