EAM S Jaishankar Meets Ambassadors from Kuwait, Sri Lanka, and New Zealand in New Delhi

External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar had a busy day in New Delhi, meeting with ambassadors from three different countries.

Meeting with Kuwaiti Ambassador

Jaishankar met with Kuwaiti Ambassador Meshal Mustafa Jasim Alshemali. They discussed the bilateral relations between India and Kuwait, focusing on the interests of the Indian community and the welfare of Indian workers in Kuwait. Jaishankar conveyed his best wishes for Alshemali’s successful tenure.

Meeting with Sri Lanka’s High Commissioner

Jaishankar also met with Sri Lanka’s High Commissioner Kshenuka D. Senewiratne. They talked about recent developments in the bilateral relations between India and Sri Lanka, including Jaishankar’s visit to Colombo. He wished her a successful tenure.

Meeting with New Zealand High Commissioner

New Zealand High Commissioner Patrick John Rata also called on Jaishankar. They discussed the relationship between India and New Zealand and its many possibilities. Jaishankar wished him a successful tenure as well.
