He stated, ‘I was supposed to attend the NITI Aayog meeting in Delhi, but I am compelled to speak before you, seeking justice due to the discriminatory attitude towards Tamil Nadu reflected in Union Budget 2024.’

Stalin highlighted the progressive schemes of the Dravidian Model Government in Tamil Nadu, which have been implemented over the past three years, benefiting every family and citizen. He accused the Union Government of actions contrary to these progressive thoughts.
