Devika Raghuvanshi Visits Dinjan Military Station and Inaugurates New Office in Jorhat

On July 10, 2024, Devika Raghuvanshi, the Controller General of Defence Accounts (CGDA), visited Dinjan Military Station to enhance synergy between various defence verticals. According to the Public Relations Officer (PRO) in Guwahati, she inaugurated a new Area Accounts Office in Jorhat on July 9, which falls under the jurisdiction of the Controller of Defence Accounts (CDA) Guwahati.

The new office will significantly improve efficiency and support for units and formations in Upper Assam, Nagaland, and Arunachal Pradesh. Ambarish Barman, CDA Guwahati, and other senior military officials were present during the inauguration.

During her visit to Dinjan Military Station, Devika Raghuvanshi interacted with the General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the Dao Division. This interaction highlights the importance of collaboration between the Defence Accounts Department and military formations.
