Delhi Police Busts Prostitution Racket, Arrests Three Women
On September 11, Delhi police successfully busted a prostitution racket, arresting three women, including the mastermind. The police acted on secret information received on September 10. A decoy customer was sent to the location, leading to a raid where the women were found.
In another case, six people, including three women, were arrested from a hotel in East Delhi’s South Ganesh Nagar. The hotel owner had a history of illegal activities, resulting in the Municipal Corporation of Delhi temporarily sealing the hotel. The hotel was recently de-sealed, and further investigations are ongoing.
Cases under the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act have been registered in both incidents.
