Delhi Police Arrests Shooter Arman Khan and Mastermind Deepak in Naraina Firing Case
In a significant breakthrough, the Delhi Police have apprehended two key individuals involved in the Naraina car showroom firing incident that occurred on September 27. The main shooter, Arman Khan, a 27-year-old from Charkhi Dadri, Haryana, was captured after an encounter in the Kanjhawala area of Delhi. Acting on a tip-off, police located Arman, who attempted to flee on a motorcycle and fired at the police. In self-defense, the police shot back, injuring Arman in the leg. He was arrested and taken to the hospital, with a semi-automatic pistol and motorcycle recovered from him.
Arman was one of three individuals who entered the showroom, firing multiple rounds in an extortion attempt. Meanwhile, the Crime Branch arrested Deepak, the mastermind behind the incident. Deepak, an international junior kickboxing gold medalist and Wushu coach, orchestrated the attack but did not enter the showroom himself. Both suspects are now in custody, with further investigations underway.
Delhi Minister Saurabh Bharadwaj and AAP MLA Durgesh Pathak visited the site, expressing concerns over the law and order situation in Delhi. Bharadwaj criticized the authorities for failing to prevent such incidents, questioning the safety of business owners in the city.
