Delhi High Court Issues Notice on Arvind Kejriwal’s Bail Plea

The Delhi High Court has issued a notice regarding Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s bail plea in the excise policy case. The court has asked the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to respond.

The next hearing is scheduled for July 17, where Kejriwal’s plea challenging his arrest will also be discussed. Kejriwal was arrested by the CBI on June 26, 2024, and is currently in judicial custody.
