Delhi BJP President Virendraa Sachdeva Protests Against CM Arvind Kejriwal’s Government
New Delhi [India], September 1: Delhi BJP President Virendraa Sachdeva staged a protest against Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal’s government on Sunday. He accused the government of failing to provide free electricity and water in the slums of Delhi and imposing hidden taxes on these utilities.
Sachdeva claimed that even small homes with minimal electricity usage are receiving high bills. He showed an electricity bill from a slum area in Preet Vihar, stating, “Even a small room with just lights and fans is receiving an electricity bill of Rs 4000.”
He also criticized the poor condition of roads in Delhi, mentioning that even short periods of rain cause water pooling. Sachdeva declared that the BJP will expose the government’s corruption and that people have decided to bring the BJP to power in Delhi.
Other BJP MPs, Bansuri Swaraj and Ramvir Singh Bidhuri, also held rallies in Malviya Nagar and Indira Kalyan Vihar, criticizing the government for not providing clean drinking water and free electricity.
