Details of the Incident

According to the police, Imran Khan, along with an unidentified accomplice, entered the same auto-rickshaw as the victim. They coerced the driver to change the route and took the victim to Imran’s room, where she was molested. The auto driver and the accomplice fled the scene.

Victim’s Response and Police Action

The victim managed to escape and reported the incident to the Krishna Nagar police station. A case of kidnapping and molestation has been registered under sections 74, 115 (2), 140 (1), and 309 (2) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

Police Investigation

Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Vinay Kumar Dwivedi stated that teams have been deployed to arrest the accused. The investigation is ongoing, and the police are working to apprehend Imran Khan and the other individuals involved.
