CM Dhami Distributes Appointment Letters to 170 Candidates in Uttarakhand

On Saturday, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami distributed appointment letters to 170 candidates for various state government departments. The new appointees include 165 Assistant Engineers across 11 departments and 5 Junior Assistants for the Audit Department.

Chief Minister Dhami expressed his hope that the new recruits will serve the people with dedication and devotion. He emphasized that the aim of issuing the appointments was to ensure that all selected candidates benefit from the current selection year. Dhami stated, “The state government is working rapidly in every field to bring Uttarakhand into the category of leading states of the country.”

Dhami also highlighted the state’s efforts over the past three years to connect youth with employment and self-employment, noting that 14,800 appointments have been made through various commissions. He mentioned the implementation of strict anti-cheating laws to ensure transparency in recruitment examinations.

Cabinet Minister Satpal Maharaj wished a bright future for all the selected candidates and expressed hope that the Assistant Engineers will contribute to making Uttarakhand a developed state. Cabinet Minister Premchand Agarwal congratulated the new appointees, noting that the new appointments will speed up work in the state.

Dhami concluded by stating that Assistant Engineers will be appointed to development authorities in 9 districts to ensure planned development.
