Chief Ministers Across India Celebrate International Yoga Day

On the 10th International Day of Yoga, Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini performed yoga in Hisar. He praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for earning global recognition for yoga, noting that over 200 countries are celebrating International Yoga Day. Saini emphasized that yoga is a way of living and highlighted the efforts to promote yoga in every village in India.

Meanwhile, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav performed yoga in Bhopal, expressing that the whole world is now a fan of yoga. In Rajasthan, Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma, Deputy CM Prem Chand Bairwa, and other ministers performed yoga at Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur. Sharma encouraged everyone to practice yoga for health and acknowledged PM Modi’s role in making yoga famous worldwide.

Delhi Lt Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena performed yoga in the national capital, stating that yoga should become a part of our lives and recognizing its global popularity. Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel participated in a yoga event in Nadabet, Banaskantha, and Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai performed yoga at the Science College ground in Raipur, with Minister Laxmi Rajwade also present.

In Karnataka, BJP leaders, including state party chief B.Y. Vijayendra and C.N. Ashwathnarayan, performed yoga in Bengaluru, marking the International Day of Yoga.
