Dehradun (Uttarakhand) [India], August 25: Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami attended the launch of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Mahanagar membership campaign in Dehradun on Sunday.

Speaking to the media, Chief Minister Dhami explained that the campaign aims to share the BJP’s ideas, values, and principles with the public. He said, “This campaign has been organised to convey the ideas, values, and principles of the BJP to the people.”

He highlighted the importance of BJP workers, calling them the backbone of the campaign. “I believe all BJP workers are the backbone of this campaign, and their dedication has always strengthened the party. Under the leadership of the Prime Minister, all BJP workers are continuously working for the service of the country, upholding the motto of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, and Sabka Prayas as an ideal,” he stated.

Chief Minister Dhami also expressed confidence that many people from Uttarakhand would join the BJP through this campaign and help make India a world leader. “I have full faith that under this campaign, a large number of people from across Uttarakhand will join the BJP and ensure their contribution to making the country the Vishwa Guru,” he added.

Earlier on Saturday, the office bearers of Uttarakhand Rajya Andolankari Manch met with Chief Minister Dhami at Mukhya Sevak Sadan, located at the Chief Minister’s residence. They thanked him for providing a 10 per cent horizontal reservation in government service for state agitators. The Chief Minister said, “Our goal is to realise the dreams of the state agitators for Uttarakhand. We are working diligently towards this goal with unwavering resolve. The people of the state will always remember the struggle of the state agitators in the formation of Uttarakhand.”
