Chief Minister Pushkar Dhami Celebrates Birthday with Visually Impaired Children in Dehradun
Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami celebrated his birthday with visually impaired children at the National Drishti Divyangjan Empowerment Institute located on Rajpur Road, Dehradun. He cut a cake, fed the children, and wished them a bright future.
The children from Higher Secondary Adarsh Vidyalay gifted a model they made to the Chief Minister. Dhami expressed his joy in spending time with the children and prayed for their success in all fields. He emphasized that there is no work they cannot do.
Dhami highlighted Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s efforts for the development of Divyang children, noting that the term ‘Divyang’ was coined by Modi. He conveyed the best wishes of the entire country and state to the children.
Dhami also addressed the state’s ongoing struggles with disasters and urged people to help those in need. He mentioned that the Prime Minister envisions the third decade of the 21st century as the decade of Uttarakhand, and everyone is working hard to make it a reality.
The children sang a Bollywood song, and Dhami appreciated the institute’s efforts in helping the children live a life of respect. He also inaugurated a football tournament at the institute.
Earlier, UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, PM Narendra Modi, and Home Minister Amit Shah extended their birthday wishes to Dhami.
