Chandra Shekhar Azad and Dushyant Chautala Form Alliance for Haryana Elections

The Jannayak Janta Party (JJP) and Chandra Shekhar Azad’s Azad Samaj Party (Kanshi Ram) have joined forces for the upcoming Haryana Assembly elections. They plan to contest all 90 seats, with JJP running for 70 and ASP for 20.

Haryana will hold its elections on October 1, with results expected on October 4. JJP leader Dushyant Chautala confirmed the seat distribution, while Chandra Shekhar Azad highlighted key issues such as youth employment, inflation relief, social justice, ending privatization, reservation in promotions, and better law and order.

Congress MP Deepender Hooda criticized the alliance, claiming that JJP and INLD follow the directions of the BJP. In the previous elections, the BJP formed a coalition government with JJP, but their alliance dissolved earlier this year. The upcoming elections are expected to be a four-way contest between BJP, Congress, JJP, and AAP.
