Chamoli District Magistrate Sandeep Tiwari visited Badrinath Dham to oversee the arrangements for the temple’s winter closure. The doors of Lord Shri Badri Vishal will close at 9:07 PM. Tiwari praised the efforts of the police, ITBP, and temple staff for ensuring a successful pilgrimage. Before closure, Lord Badri Vishal was adorned with flowers, and rituals were performed. The idols of Uddhav and Kuber ji will move to Bamni village. Other temples like Kedarnath and Gangotri have also closed for winter.
