Celebration in Germany for PM Modi’s Third Term Victory
The Overseas Friends of BJP Germany organized a celebration in Munich for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s third term after winning the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. The event took place on Saturday and was attended by BJP’s foreign affairs department in-charge, Vijay Chauthaiwale.
BJP Germany Co-Convener Sunil Singh mentioned that more than 60 party workers and Indian diaspora members, along with their families, participated in the event to show their unwavering support for PM Modi and the BJP.
During his address, Vijay Chauthaiwale highlighted the emergence of New India and New BJP under PM Modi’s leadership. He urged the Indian diaspora to continue spreading the news of the good work done by the BJP government within and beyond their community.
The enthusiastic diaspora pledged to keep working towards a New India by 2047 under PM Modi’s leadership. They expressed confidence that Modi will be re-elected in 2029, continuing the path to build a New India beyond 2029.
The counting of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections was held on June 4, with the BJP-led NDA securing a resounding victory by winning 293 seats, and BJP alone clinching 240 seats. This overwhelming mandate places PM Modi alongside India’s first Prime Minister, Jawaharlal Nehru, as the only leaders to win three consecutive terms.
President Droupadi Murmu administered the Oath of Office and Secrecy to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other members of his Union Council of Ministers at Rashtrapati Bhavan on June 9.
