In Patna, Bihar, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), working with the National Investigation Agency (NIA), arrested Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Ajay Pratap Singh from the NIA Patna Branch, along with two agents, for accepting a bribe of Rs 20 lakh. This operation followed a complaint from Rocky Yadav, owner of Ramaiya Construction, who accused the officer of corrupt practices during an investigation against him.

The CBI, after verifying the complaint, coordinated with the NIA to set a trap. The accused were caught red-handed while accepting the illegal payment. The investigation into the matter is ongoing.
