BSP Chief Mayawati condemned the murder and demanded swift action from the ruling Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) government. Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin expressed his grief and assured that the police have been directed to expedite the investigation and bring the culprits to justice.
