BSF Troops Stop Pakistani Intruder in Punjab’s Tarn Taran
On August 12, Border Security Force (BSF) troops in Punjab’s Tarn Taran district stopped a Pakistani intruder. The intruder was seen crossing the international boundary near Dal village in the evening.
According to the Public Relations Officer of the BSF, the intruder was spotted at around 8:36 pm. Despite being challenged by the alert BSF troops, the intruder continued advancing towards the border security fence. The BSF troops, sensing danger and considering the high alert situation due to the upcoming Independence Day, fired upon the intruder, neutralizing him on the spot.
The BSF’s vigilant actions successfully thwarted the cross-border terror syndicate’s attempt to infiltrate Indian territory, ensuring safety and security ahead of the Independence Day celebrations.
