BSF Stops Pakistani Intruder in Fazilka, Punjab
In Fazilka, Punjab, the Border Security Force (BSF) successfully stopped a Pakistani intruder who tried to cross the international border near Sadarpura village. The incident happened around 9:30 p.m. on Monday. The BSF noticed suspicious movement and challenged the intruder, but he did not stop. Due to the high-alert situation at night, the BSF troops fired and neutralized the intruder on the spot.
The BSF stated that their vigilant troops once again thwarted the plans of cross-border terror groups trying to infiltrate into Indian territory. This incident follows a similar event in May when the Indian Army stopped two terrorists from crossing the Line of Control in Kupwara, Jammu and Kashmir.
