BSF in Tripura Seizes Yaba Tablets and Ganja Worth Rs 41 Lakhs
In the state of Tripura, India, the Border Security Force (BSF) successfully seized drugs valued at Rs 41 lakhs. This operation was carried out based on specific intelligence inputs.
Seizure of Yaba Tablets
BSF troops from NC Nagar in Sepahijela District intercepted a packet containing 4,000 Yaba tablets, valued at Rs 40 lakhs. The incident occurred when miscreants were observed throwing items over the border fence. Upon being challenged by the troops, the miscreants managed to escape.
Seizure of Ganja
In a separate operation, BSF troops from Belchara in Khowai District and Rahimpur in Sepahijela District conducted a search operation. They seized 35 kilograms of ganja, valued at Rs 1.65 lakhs.
