BSF Finds Drone and Suspected Drugs in Tarn Taran, Punjab
The Border Security Force (BSF) recovered a small drone and a packet of suspected heroin in Tarn Taran, Punjab. Acting on specific information, BSF troops conducted a search operation and found the drone, identified as a China-made DJI MAVIC 3 Classic, along with a packet of suspected narcotics weighing 536 grams. The narcotics were wrapped in yellow tape and had an illuminating stick attached.
This operation follows a similar incident last month where another drone was found in the same district. On August 7, BSF and Punjab Police conducted a joint search operation based on information from the BSF intelligence wing and recovered a fallen drone in the border area of Tarn Taran.
