BSF and Punjab Police Recover China-Made Drones in Tarn Taran

The Border Security Force (BSF) and Punjab Police conducted joint search operations on June 20 and 21, 2024, in Tarn Taran district, Punjab, recovering two China-made drones.

First Drone Recovery

On June 20, 2024, based on intelligence information, BSF and Punjab Police conducted a joint search operation at around 9 am in the border area of Tarn Taran. They recovered a China-made DJI Matrice 300 RTK drone from a cornfield in Mastgarh village.

Second Drone Recovery

On June 21, 2024, another joint search operation was conducted based on information provided by local police. At about 2:30 pm, the troops recovered a China-made DJI Mavic-3 Classic drone from a farming field near Noorwala village.

These successful operations underscore the effective collaboration between BSF and Punjab Police in tackling the illicit drone menace.
