BRS Leader K Kavitha’s Custody Extended by Rouse Avenue Court

The Rouse Avenue Court in New Delhi has extended the judicial custody of BRS leader K Kavitha for another 14 days. She appeared before the court via video conferencing. Duty judge Gaurav Rao made the decision to extend her custody.

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has already filed a charge sheet against K Kavitha, which is pending consideration on July 6. This is the third supplementary charge sheet filed by the CBI in the Delhi excise policy case.

K Kavitha is currently in judicial custody for both CBI and money laundering cases. She was first arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in March and later by the CBI in April. The ED has also filed a charge sheet against her in the Delhi excise policy money laundering case.
