Brave Indian Soldiers Injured in Doda Encounter with Terrorists
Two Indian Army soldiers were injured during a clash with terrorists in the Kastigarh area of Doda district, Jammu and Kashmir. They were first treated at a local government hospital and then airlifted to an Army hospital for further care.
Recent Encounters in Doda
Earlier this week, an encounter in the same area resulted in the deaths of four soldiers, including an officer. The soldiers who lost their lives were Captain Brijesh Thapa, Naik D Rajesh, Sepoy Bijendra, and Sepoy Ajay Kumar Singh. They were honored by LtGen MV Suchindra Kumar, Northern Army Commander, who laid a wreath in their memory.
