BJP Celebrates Third Consecutive Victory in Haryana

Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant celebrated the BJP’s third consecutive win in the Haryana Assembly elections, attributing the success to the “double-engine government” led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi over the past decade. In a post, CM Sawant congratulated PM Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, BJP President JP Nadda, and Haryana CM Nayab Saini for their roles in the victory.

CM Sawant also expressed joy over the peaceful elections in Jammu and Kashmir, marking the first elections since the abrogation of Article 370. He thanked the party workers and the people of J&K for their participation.

Haryana CM Nayab Saini credited the victory to PM Modi’s leadership, thanking the people of Haryana for their support. He emphasized the role of the BJP’s work in gaining the trust of the state’s citizens.

PM Modi’s Address

At the BJP headquarters in Delhi, PM Modi praised the hard work of party workers, attributing the victory to their efforts. He highlighted the significance of the win on the sixth day of Navratri, a day dedicated to Maa Katyayani, symbolizing strength and blessings.

The BJP secured 48 out of 90 seats, while Congress won 37, and AAP did not win any seats. This victory defied exit poll predictions that had favored Congress.
